NOTICE OF HEARING: BOROUGH OF LEMOYNE ZONING HEARING BOARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a hearing 02/26/25 at 5:00 pm at the Lemoyne Borough office, 510 Herman Ave. Lemoyne, PA 17043.

The board will consider an application for a variance with respect to the following parcel ID no’s 12-21-0267-186, 12-21-0267-187, 12-21-0267-188, and 12-21-0267-189. The property owner of all four parcels is Hetley Associates. The applicant is requesting a variance to Ordinance 550-83 O(2) Parking lot/parking structure. Seeking the variance to demolish the single-family dwellings located in the Urban Residential zoning district on parcels 12-21-0267-187, 36 N 10^th St., 12-21-0267-188, 40 N 10^th St., and 12-21-0267-189, 44 N 10^th St. to create a parking lot that would service Hetley Plaza located in the commercial general zoning district on parcel 12-21-0267-186, 1001-1013 Market Street.
