NOTICE OF HEARING: BOROUGH OF LEMOYNE ZONING HEARING BOARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a hearing 08/05/26 at 5:00 pm at the Lemoyne Borough office, 510 Herman Ave. Lemoyne, PA 17043.
The board will consider an application for a variance with respect to the following parcel ID no 12-20-1856-043. The property is located at 3 Lemoyne Drive and is owned by Three Lemoyne Drive Associates. The subject parcel is located in the Office Zoning District (OFF) of the Lemoyne Borough Zoning Ordinance. The applicant, Wells Fargo, is requesting the following variance with respect to the parcel :  Section 550-62.B.2.b.4 – In addition to the collective business directory sign(s), a single individual business identification wall, window, or projecting sign is allowed for each business, provided that each sign does not exceed 16 square feet in area. The applicant is requesting the maximum permitted square footage for a wall sign be waived to install a larger sign proportionate with the building and surrounding area.
