NOTICE OF HEARING: BOROUGH OF LEMOYNE ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
The Lemoyne Borough zoning hearing board will conduct a hearing on Sept. 24, 2025, at 5:00 pm at the Lemoyne Borough office, 510 Herman Ave. Lemoyne, PA 17043. The board will consider an application for a zoning variance with respect to 415 Bosler Ave. Parcel ID 12-21-0265-200 located in the Village Mixed Use (VMU) zoning district. The property owner is Jonathan Blank DBA Lemoyne Holdings LLC. The applicant is seeking a variance from ordinance 550-12 permitted uses to be able to place mini-storage warehouse units on the parcel behind the existing commercial Antique Market. Mini storage warehouse units are currently not permitted in the VMU zoning district.
