The board will consider an application for a variance with respect to 734 State St. Lemoyne, PA. parcel ID no 12- 21-0267-362. The property owner is Beverly Donachie DBA Trix of the Trade Salon LLC. The applicant is requesting a variance to Ordinance 550-40 A. (1). Seeking relief from the required set back of 1’ from the property line for fencing. Interested residents are encouraged to attend.
