NOTICE OF HEARING: BOROUGH OF LEMOYNE ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN. The Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a hearing April 2, 2025 at 5:00 pm at the Lemoyne Borough office, 510 Herman Ave. Lemoyne, PA 17043. The board will consider two applications. The first for a zoning variance with respect to 414 Bosler Ave. Parcel ID no 12- 21-0265-252 located in the UR zoning district. The property owner is Jonathan Blank DBA Lemoyne Holdings LLC. The applicant is requesting a variance from Ordinance 550-12 permitted uses to be able to place mini-storage warehouse units on the parcel which are currently not permitted also, a variance to Ordinance 550-66 Parking Requirements as the placement of mini storage warehouse units at 414 Bosler will create a zoning non-compliance for the commercial parking requirements in 550-66 for the property located at 415 Bosler Ave. Parcel No 12-21-0265-200 located in the VMU zoning district. The second application is in respect to 831 Market St. parcel ID no 12-21-0267-227 located in the VMU zoning district. The property owner is William Kollas. With Mr. Kollas permission the applicant is Michael Salinas an interested party wishing to purchase the property. The applicant is seeking a variance from ordinance 550-17 permitted uses regarding Apartment conversions. He wishes to turn the 2 unit mixed use property into a 3 unit residential only use.
