Job description
The Wastewater Treatment Plant worker position is responsible to help operate, monitor and maintain the wastewater treatment facility and its collection system. Installation, maintenance and repair of plant and pump station equipment. Lab sampling and testing. Other duties include grounds keeping, housekeeping of the buildings and snow plowing. Position requires weekend work and holiday shifts on a rotating basis. Weekends and holidays are a short shift at overtime rate. Minimum starting salary $17.50 depending on qualifications and experience. Must be able to obtain a Class B CDL license within probationary period. Safety is a priority. Mechanical knowledge is a must. Work is performed inside and outside all year long. EOE
