Administration
The Administration Department provides oversight and support for all departments. Borough Council appoints the Borough Manager, chief executive officer of the Borough, who also serves at Council’s pleasure as Borough Secretary / Borough Treasurer.
The Borough Manager is responsible for implementing policy directives and providing oversight and guidance for day-to-day operations of the Borough. In addition the Borough Manager is responsible for creation and management of the annual budget.
