Zoning Hearing Board
The Zoning Hearing Board is a quasi-judicial board consisting of three members plus at least one but no more than three alternates. The Board meets on an as-needed basis to render decisions on specific types of land use appeals and applications. All meetings are open to the public. Zoning Hearing Board members are appointed by the Borough Council to serve three-year terms.
The Lemoyne Borough Zoning Hearing Board is seeking a Lemoyne Borough resident interested in serving as an alternate on the Zoning Hearing Board. This is an appointed position by Lemoyne Borough Council.
