What is a rain garden?

A thoughtfully designed rain garden offers a continuous food source throughout the year, providing fruits, seeds, and nectar. It also supports migrating birds by offering food, shelter, and a safe place to rest, creating a unique ecosystem. Rain gardens serve as an excellent demonstration of how simple it can be to enhance your garden’s environmental impact. They replicate the natural processes of absorption and filtration found in forests, meadows, and prairies, while fostering habitats for diverse plants and wildlife.
