Lemoyne Municipal Authority (LMA)
The Lemoyne Municipal Authority (LMA) was created to serve as a financing authority for capital acquisition and projects related to the Borough’s wastewater treatment plant and collection system. The Borough leases these facilities from the LMA and is responsible for daily operations.
The Authority is composed of a five-member board, one of whom is a member of Borough Council, serving staggered five-year terms.
MEETING TIME: The LMA meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. and all meetings are open to the public.
