Lemoyne Borough is interested in joining the other 5 Bird Towns in Cumberland County and needs your help! Do you enjoy or care for birds? We are looking for volunteers to join our Bird Town Committee to help with table events and other fun bird supporting activities.
Bird Town Pennsylvania works in partnership with local municipalities and like-minded organizations to promote community-based conservation actions to create a healthier, more sustainable environment for birds, wildlife and people. It is a state-wide program working directly with municipal leaders to engage, educate and empower community members to develop bird friendly communities and raise awareness of the important role people play in supporting bird populations.
