1.    Administration

a.    Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-09 fixing the Lemoyne Borough tax rate for the year 2025 at 3.83 mils, 3.15 mils of which are dedicated to general purposes, and .68 mils of which are dedicated to fire services.
b.    Motion to adopt the 2025 Borough Budget for all funds and accounts.
c.    Motion to appoint the following to Boards and Commissions for the terms indicated:
i.    Lemoyne Municipal Authority-  Dennis McGee, 630 Walton Street (five-year term expiring 12/31/29)
ii.    Planning Commission –  Zachary Border, 541 Walton Street (four-year term expiring 12/31/28)
iii.    Vacancy Board Chair –  Dennis McGee, 630 Walton Street (one-year term expiring 12/31/25)
iv.    Zoning Hearing Board – George Young, 378 Lowther Street (three-year term expiring 12/31/27)

d.    Grant Writing Consultant – (Roll Call Vote- Alphabetically listed) The following four companies provided a proposal to provide grant writing services. The selected firm/consultant will assist in identifying funding opportunities and preparing grant ap-plications that align with the borough’s goals, particularly in areas such as infrastructure, community development, environmental projects, and public safety.

i.    Motion to appoint Aspire Grant & Development as the grant writing consultant for the Borough of Lemoyne.
ii.    Motion to appoint McNees GR as the grant writing consultant for the Borough of Lemoyne.
iii.    Motion to appoint Penn Strategies as the grant writing consultant for the Borough of Lemoyne.
iv.    Motion to appoint Rettew as the grant writing consultant for the Borough of Lemoyne.
e.   Motion to approve the engagement letter for Cohen Law Group to move forward with Verizon Cable Franchise Renewal Services.
f.    Motion to authorize Don Paul Shearer to perform appraisal on behalf of Lemoyne Borough regarding the right of way claim for parcel number 48, Lemoyne Borough.

2.    Sewer
a.    Motion to advertise a hearing to be held in January 2025, date to be determined, re-garding an appeal requested from Kenneth Bolinger.
3.    Streets
a.    Motion to approve Application for Payment No. 2, in the amount of $9,401.23 from Kinsley Construction for the 2024 Roadway Project.
