        1.    Administration
               a.    Motion to authorize advertisement of the Proposed 2025 Budget as the official draft for review and comment.
               b.    Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-08 adopting an amended fee schedule in its entirety.
               c.    Motion to authorize execution of a letter confirming services to be provided by Maher Duessel for the Borough’s 2024 audit.
               d.    Motion to approve the extension of the current Solid Waste and Recycling Contract with Penn Waste at the rate of $101.50 per quarter.
               e.    Motion to approve the 2025 Professional Services Agreement for engineering services with Rettew.
                f.    Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-07 in support of a Statewide Local Share Assessment grant of $707,118.75 from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used for the Pedestrian    Connectivity – Lowther Street and N. Twelfth Street Project.
                g.    Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-06 in support of a Statewide Local Share Assessment grant of $416,010.00 from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used for the Storm Sewer Lining Project.

         2.    Community Development/Parks & Recreation
                 a.    Motion to accept the 2025 Pool Management Services Proposal for the Lemoyne Municipal Pool submitted by the West shore Recreation Commission in the amount of $79,000.00.

         3.    Sewer
                 a.    Motion to approve application for payment No 3; Invoice No 5020, in the amount of $142,864.03, with recommended 5% retainage be held, making the payment $135,720.83 to Abel     Construction for Riverview Road Sanitary Sewer Lining.
                 b.    Motion to approve payment for Invoice No 5021, in the amount of $14237.52 to Able Construction for the Market Street Sanitary Sewer Lining.
         4.    Streets
                 a.    Motion to approve Application for Payment No. 1, in the amount of $178,623.43 from Kinsley Construction for the 2024 Roadway Project.
                 b.    Motion to install crosswalks and signage on Shade Street by the PA Bible Teaching Fellowship Church.

         5.    Zoning/Ordinance
                a.    Motion to adopt Ordinance 785 amending Chapter 525 Vehicle and Traffic, Article VIII. Handicapped Parking Spaces § 525-50 Location of handicapped parking spaces.
                b.    Motion to authorize advertisement of the 2025 tax ordinance.
