- Administration
a. Motion to accept the resignation of Trisha Rafferty, Codes and Zoning Enforcement Officer effective immediately.
b. Motion to appoint Amanda Seibert and Rettew as Codes and Zoning Officer.
c. Motion to appoint Approved Code Services as the Borough’s Building Code Official (BCO).

h. Motion to approve a three-year Solid Waste and Recycling contract, with the option to extend the contract by two additional years, with Anthracite Waste Services – at the rates listed below per unit per quarter, all of which does not include the cost of toters:
