       1.    Administration
              a.    Motion to authorize staff to send a letter terminating the borough’s contract with CivicPlus, providing the 60-day notice required for cancelation.
              b.    Motion to approve the website redesign contract with Triscari to take effect immediately upon the termination with CivicPlus.
              c.    Motion to approve the purchase of an award for the West Shore Bureau of Fire banquet to be held October 19, 2024 with the cost to be split between Lemoyne and Wormleysburg Boroughs.

       2.    Sewer
              a.    Motion to approve Approval of Application for Payment No. 2 from Abel Recon in the amount of $121,914.70 for the Riverview Road Sanitary Sewer Lining project.

       3.    Street
              a.    Consider approval of the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) update for the 5-year roadway improvement plan.
              b.    Approval of Contract Change Order No 2 from Kinsley Construction in the amount of $2,584.00 for the Indiana Avenue Curb & Sidewalk Improvements project.
              c.    Approval of Application for Payment No. 1 from Kinsley Construction in the amount of $81,498.50 for the Indiana Avenue Curb & Sidewalk Improvements project.
      4.    Zoning & Ordinance
             a.    Motion to forward the draft Short Term Rental Ordinance to the Lemoyne Planning Commission and the Cumberland County Planning Commission for review and recommendations.
             b.    Motion to authorize the advertisement of an ordinance amending Chapter 525 Vehicle and Traffic, Article VIII. Handicapped Parking Spaces § 525-50 Location of handicapped parking spaces.
             c.    Motion to accept a request for a second 90-day extension for 1029 Market Street’s Reverse Subdivision Plan Application.
