    2. Motion to appoint Timothy G. Rine to the position of Borough Manager effective August 2, 2023, at an annual salary of $90,000 and, further, to authorize execution of an employment agreement formalizing this appointment.
    3. Motion to authorize sending a letter to the US Department of Transportation in support of Penn DOT’s grant application for funding to replace the I-83 John Harris Memorial (South) Bridge.
    4. Motion to approve release of financial security as indicated for the following:

    1. Motion to authorize execution of a five-year Winter Traffic Service Municipal Agreement with Penn DOT for snow removal operations on Market Street.
