- Motion to appoint the Borough Treasurer as Acting Borough Manager when the Borough Manager is out on Personal Time Off (PTO) or extended leave, at the Borough Manager’s discretion.
- Motion to appoint Timothy G. Rine to the position of Borough Manager effective August 2, 2023, at an annual salary of $90,000 and, further, to authorize execution of an employment agreement formalizing this appointment.
- Motion to authorize sending a letter to the US Department of Transportation in support of Penn DOT’s grant application for funding to replace the I-83 John Harris Memorial (South) Bridge.

- Motion to authorize execution of a five-year Winter Traffic Service Municipal Agreement with Penn DOT for snow removal operations on Market Street.
- Zoning & Ordinance
- Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 780 permitting chickens in suburban and urban residential zones in certain instances.
