    Motion to approve Resolution 2026-04 Authorizing the execution of a memorandum of understanding with the Borough of Wormleysburg amending certain termination provisions of the merger agreement establishing the West Shore Regional Police Department.

    Action Item :
    Motion to adopt Ordinance 789 amending the official zoning map by changing the zoning classification of the properties known as 65 N. Fifth Street, Cumberland County Tax Parcel :12-21-0265-131 Urban Residential (UR) to Downtown (DT).
