                        i.    Motion to approve the Stormwater Management Plan and Operation & Maintenance Agreement for 6 Westwind Drive conditioned upon satisfaction of the following comments outlined in Rettew’s review letter of April 17, 2023:
                         (1)    A notarized signature of the owner of the parcel for which the stormwater management (SWM) site plan is proposed indicating they are aware of, and will be responsible for operation and maintenance of the facilities needed to be provided (§460-25.E.1.m).
                          (2)    An operation and maintenance agreement needs to be provided (§460-34).
                          (3)    A signed and sealed cost estimate, financial security, and financial security agreement needs to be provided (§460-34) as a copy of the referenced estimated was not included with the report.
