   1. Motion to approve a Special Event Permit Application submitted by the Lemoyne Business Association to hold the annual Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra Concert at Negley Park on Saturday, July 1, 2023, pending receipt of a certificate of insurance naming Lemoyne Borough as an additional insured.
   2. Motion to adopt Resolution 2023-04 designating the Borough of Lemoyne’s intent to erect cross-street banners at two locations across state roads for the July 1, 2023, Concert @ Negley.
   3. Motion to approve a request from Luke Fishel on behalf of the Central PA Literacy Council for relief from the $50.00 pavilion rental fee for their annual meeting to be held May 7, 2023 at Memorial Park.
