a. Motion to accept the 2025 audit of all Borough Funds as prepared by Maher Duessel.
Community Development, Parks & Recreation
a. Motion to execute Resolution 2026-02 for the grant application through the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for the Negley Park Phase 1 Improvements Project.
b. Motion to approve a Special Event Permit Application submitted by the Lemoyne Business Association to hold the annual Concert at Negley Park on Saturday, July 11, 2026, pending receipt of a certificate of insurance naming Lemoyne Borough as an additional insured.
c. Motion to adopt Resolution 2026-03 designating the Borough of Lemoyne’s intent to erect cross-street banners at two locations across state roads for the July 11, 2026, Concert @ Negley.
Sewer
a. Motion to ratify appointment of Brennigan Myers to the position of Wastewater Operator effective April 13, 2026 at the rate of $28.00/hour.
Stormwater
a. Motion to approve the Stormwater Management Plan for JVH Access Drive – 118 Herman Ave. conditioned on satisfying RETTEW’s comments dated April 14, 2026.
