- Administration
- Motion to approve the Request for Proposal for Borough Solicitor allowing staff to move forward with a due date of April 15, 2024 with results and a recommendation provided at the May 2, 2024 work session.
- Motion to adopt Ordinance 782 authorizing creation of a new trust account for the deposit of donation funds.
- Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-03 appointing the borough manager as the authorized signer of the non-union pension plan of Lemoyne Borough.
- Community Development/Parks & Rec
- Motion to approve a Special Event Permit submitted by Lauren Parody on behalf of the Special Olympics, for use of the tennis courts at Negley Park on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (April 2024- June 2024) from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and further to waive the key fee of $25.00.
- Motion to approve a request from Luke Fishel on behalf of the Central PA Literacy Council for relief from the $50.00 pavilion rental fee for their annual meeting to be held June 2, 2024 at the lower pavilion at Negley Park.
- Streets
- Motion to award the Indiana Curb and Sidewalk Improvements for Homeowner Curb Repairs to the low bidder, for the base bid only, Kinsley Construction with a bid of $37,780.50.
- Motion to award the 2024 Roadway Project to the low bidder Kinsley Construction, Inc with a bid of $206,843.00.
