    a. Motion to approve 2024 tax credit discount payments for eligible West Shore Bureau of Fire Department volunteer firefighters.
    b. Motion to appoint James Crowley, 712 Hummel Avenue, as Alternate to the Zoning Hearing Board with a term ending 12/31/2027.
  2. Community Development/Parks & Rec
    a. Motion to execute Resolution 2025-02 for the grant application through the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for the Memorial Park Improvements Project.
    b. Motion to approve a Special Event Permit submitted by Lauren Parody on behalf of the Special Olympics, for use of the tennis courts at Negley Park on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (April 1, 2025- June 3, 2025) from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and further to waive the key fee of $25.00.
  3. Sewer
    a. Motion to approve Application for Payment No. 1 from Farhat Excavating, LLC in the amount of $77,265.00.
  4. Stormwater
    a. Motion to execute Resolution 2025-03 for the submission of a grant application to CFA through the PA Small Water and Sewer Grant for the Pear Street Drainage Improvements.
  5. Streets
    a. Motion to award the 2025 Road Project – Contract No. 3 – Line Painting to D.E. Gemmill, Inc. in the amount of $22,583.70.
  6. Zoning & Ordinance
    a. Motion to authorize advertisement of the ordinance regarding short-term rentals within the Borough.
