a. Motion to approve the Special Events permit submitted by Lavender Acres Winery, to hold “Music in the Park” in Negley Park on the third Sunday of the month from April to September 2026,with the exception of July for the Concert@ Negley (Rain date would be the fourth Sunday), and to waive fees associated with the use of the park.
b. Motion to approve a request from Lavender Acres Winery to allow tastings and sales of wine in a controlled environment during the Music in the Park events at Negley Park, on the third Sunday of the month from April to September 2026, with the exception of July (Rain date would be the fourth Sunday). - Sewer
a. Motion to approve Application for Payment No. 3 from Abel Recon, in the amount of $60,497.06, for the Michigan Ave. and Orchard Dr. sanitary sewer lining project.
