F. COMMITTEE REPORTS

  1. Administration
    a. Motion to approve Resolution 2026-01 authorizing certain members of Council and staff to conduct specific banking activities, authorizing certain banking activities be conducted after a resolution by Borough Council, and designating the Borough Council President to sign entity authorization or similar forms.
    b. Motion to adopt Resolution 2025-11 fixing the Lemoyne Borough tax rate for the year 2026 at 3.83 mils, 3.15 mils of which are dedicated to general purposes, and .68 mils of which are dedicated to fire services.
    c. Motion to appoint the following to the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) for the terms indicated:
    i. Member – Eli Bracken, 345 Walnut Street (partial three-year term expiring 12/31/27)
    ii. Alternate – George Young, 378 Lowther Street (three-year term expiring 12/31/28)
  2. Sewer
    a. Motion to combine the Sewer Committee and Stormwater Committee into a single Committee, effective immediately, the Chair and members remain as assigned.
    b. Motion to approve Application for Payment No. 2 from Abel Recon, in the amount of $17,288.46, for the Michigan Ave. and Orchard Dr. sanitary sewer lining project.
  3. Stormwater
    a. Motion to approve the release of the financial security for Riverton Woods Apartments development.
