2013 POOL PASS APPLICATION



Market Street Streetscape Construction Phase 1 was completed in 2010.  Construction of Phase 2 started in April 2013, and extends from 4th Street to 8th Street.  The Hess Corporation has also started on making improvements to their gasoline station that will blend with the streetscape project.  Completion of the work is expected by the end of 2013.

SCREENED COMPOST AND WOOD MULCH WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR BOROUGH RESIDENTS TO PICK UP.  THIS PROGRAM IS ENDING IN EARLY 2013.  PENN WASTE WILL PICK UP BRANCHES IF BUNDLED TOGETHER AND PLACED WITH YOUR TRASH.  FOR MORE INFORMATION CALL JOHN AT 554-9773.

 

 "Deduct Meters" now available to residents who use a significant quantity of water outside their home during the summer for gardens and/or swimming pools.  The meters will measure the amount of water used outside, and will be used by the Borough in the fall to calculate a deduct or credit on the Sewer Bill.  See the PERMITS AND APPLICATIONS page for a link to Resolution No. 2011-06 that contains the Borough policy and fees.
